You're so clueless if you think you can offshore much of the work that gets done. I manage a team of workers in Pakistan on a daily basis, they work hard and do their best, but they require regular management and a lot of assistance, much more than my colleagues in my home country in the UK. Offshore workers are a great compliment to the team, but they could not handle the work we do on their own. My colleagues in Pakistan are highly intelligent, but there's a language barrier, cultural differences and differences in education experience to manage - not as simple as you think.
And another thing - these countries that you are so keen to offshore to, what happens when these countries get richer and their costs go up? I can't wait for that bombshell to hit managers like you, it will be so satisfying.
