We need controls in place to stop anyone getting too rich - wealth is inherently corrupting, most people would become sociopaths if they became rich. There's no difference between you or I and a rich person, except the rich person has been corrupted by vast wealth. We need to ensure wealth is shared out amongst everyone and is impossible to gather around any one person.
