This is solid advice, thank you. I'm a hetero (mostly) guy, it's useful to see these traits and attitudes listed out so I can compare myself.

I think my only red-flag area is getting too into someone too quickly, like starting to obsess about them after only having met once, which is ridiculous because how can I truly know someone after such a short time? My past relationships were with women who, like me, also bonded way too fast, which runs the risk of codependency and just feeling stuck in a relationship with someone who is not compatible.

Nowadays it's not much of an issue for me (after a lot of therapy) but something I always have to be mindful of. In my younger days, the limerance was strong. Love used to feel so painful.
