The evidence suggests not because by all accounts, Patrick Demspey terrorised the set - he obviously felt he had free reign to do and say what he liked. So in other words, Pompeo feels it's ok to put a black man 'in his place' (a famous movie star no less), but not her white co-star. Seems pretty racist to me.
