Thanks for writing about this, it's only after therapy that I realised I have no idea what I'm feeling from moment to moment, it's just a big ball of strong emotions swirling around inside.
I have a feelings wheel bookmarked on the bookmark bar so I can quickly look up and name emotions. Having ADHD makes it harder, sometimes I'm just unable to understand the emotion.
Feeling the emotion in my body is even harder - emotions happen in my head mainly, it's only extremely strong emotions that I feel mainly in the chest area.
