Sorry to say you clearly have never worked with an outsourced team in South or East Asia. If you had done, like I have done, you'd realise very quickly that companies won't be outsourcing their difficult work anytime soon. Any company that thinks they can screw local workers by outsourcing will have some hard lessons to learn.
Edit: I should add, I’ve worked with some brilliant people in South Asia, but there is a huge difference in culture, education and attitudes, as you’d expect in other countries. I get the impression that some American and English business owners and managers have a misconception that workers are essentially the same, no matter which country they are from (so outsourcing will be easy-peasy), which is just wrong and pretty misguided.
