No one can disprove the existence of a soul or afterlife, and no one can prove it either. So that means we are free to believe whatever we want to, which is a wonderful gift in my opinion. If you believe that Ana is speaking to you, then she is.

I personally believe in an afterlife and a soul, I believe that the Gods exist as certain types of energies that we just put a human face to. There's so much unseen matter all around us, and many higher dimensions that we cannot perceive. We're only human after all.

We live in an extremely materialistic society that rejects spiritual matters, so it's understandable that you have doubts. Believe in what brings you comfort and joy, what allows you to live a good life, and ignore the rest.
