Lewinsky is definitely a victim here - a 22-year-old that was very likely manipulated/charmed by a much older man with massive amounts of power, she then took most of the backlash and was shunned for many years while Bill Clinton suffered no real long-term consequences, despite him being way more responsible for this mess by means of his age, experience and power compared to Lewinsky at the time.

To put it another way - I'm 41, if I had an affair with a 22-year-old and it all ended very badly, people would (rightly) look at me and think 'What the hell are you playing at, don't you know any better?' while looking at the 22-year-old and thinking 'She's young and naive.'

22 is young!
