I've worked on construction sites, there's always guys who are slacking off, messing about, doing the bare minimum - so why aren't they kicked off site for not proving their worth? Your observations of women working on construction sites is biased and your idea that everyone has to prove their worth is just not true. Women in male-dominated jobs have to work twice as hard to 'prove themselves' compared to guys.
