I completely relate to this. I’ve recently started therapy (7 sessions so far) and it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done. But it took me about 20 years to finally have the courage, mental preparation and desperation to get there. My biggest fear was being vunerable in front of a stranger.
If you think you might need therapy, you probably do need it. I wish you the best :)
