I'm so sorry to had to go through all this as a child and then in adult relationships. I've read your articles since 2019, you're an inspiration to me and I'm often rooting for you even though you don't know me. You're the main reason I started writing short stories then adding them on Medium.

Your mother and father sound like bullies to be honest. It's taken me 41 years to realise my parents were also bullies at heart - as soon as I stood up to them (my dad when I was 15, my mum when I was 40), they backed off and went on their 'best behaviour'. It's sad that some parents need to be challenged just to behave better, it's not right. Your spirit is purer than mine, I have anger and hatred inside that makes me fight back when pushed too far. I go forward with love and compassion more these days, and I'm happier for it.

You're doing an amazing job with your daughter, the proof is that she is a happy, curious and confident child. You're doing an amazing job with your life in general, improving yourself against great challenges.
