I'm learning very quickly to be confident with new women I meet, rather than vulnerable. I started dating a few months ago and I led with vulnerability, I've had several women tell me I'm too effeminate (these were lovely women btw, I appreciate their honesty).

I'm leading with confidence from now on, I'll save vulnerability for people I'm close to. I think vulnerability is something many women say they want, but when men actually act this way at the start, it puts many women off.
