Great article, really useful. Just a note about the feelings wheel - I use it by starting at the inner 'basic' emotions then flow out towards the outer ring, to help me define exactly what emotion I'm feeling. The author uses it the opposite way.
Just mentioning here in case anyone reading uses the emotions wheel, to highlight that it can be used in different ways. The wheel has helped me a lot over the years (I'm AuDHD).
