Good stuff, I pretty much agree with everything.
It's frustrating how some essential jobs like cleaning toilets for example are looked down upon and paid minimum wage - cleaning toilets is extremely important. My unpopular opinion is that everyone should be paid about the same, no matter the job. Some people get very angry at this idea - they argue that doctors (for example) should be paid way more than cleaners - but why? Because doctors train for years? That's bullshit - doctors are very clever people, they would do doctoring (or similar highly intelligent work) regardless of if others got paid similar for other types of jobs.
Plus, if a person is blessed with high intelligence, they should do the jobs requiring high intelligence, and let the people with normal intelligence do other work such as cleaning toilets. Why should we disproportionately reward those born with high intelligence with higher wages? Wages should be more-or-less equal across the board.
