I feel that you're being way to hard on yourself. Sophie wants to help with chores because she loves you, not because you're not doing a good job. You've built a strong, loving relationship with your child, you're actually doing great in regards to Sophie! Don't sweat the other stuff, I know it's hard for you right now but please don't beat yourself up, you're amazing!
