Good information, thanks. From experience, attachment depends on the couple - in some pairings, I have been the avoidant partner, in others, I've been the anxious one. This could mean that my attachment style is disordered (both anxious and avoidant), it could mean that I'm reacting to the other person's attachment style for that particular coupling or it could mean that I just need to find a securely attached partner and all my securely attached traits will come out - this hasn't happened yet, I'm working on it!

I think it's too simplistic to define oneself as just one type of attachment, I believe the answer is more complex and context-specific. I say this to give hope to anyone who believes they are just one type of attachment, but obviously this also ruins the nice simple idea that we can easily define ourselves. Sorry not sorry!

On the other hand, I'm neurodiverse so maybe these attachment styles don't really apply to me, I'm extremely adaptable and analytical.
