The easiest and safest way for older guys to avoid abusing teenage girls is - don't have sex with teenage girls! Putting it a different way - if an older guy has sex with a teenage girl, it's very likely to be sexual abuse, regardless of any consent given, because the teenage girl is still maturing and doesn't understand the risks yet.
