Good article, in my experience, it's almost impossible to tell what a job will be like from the interview, no matter what clever or experienced approaches you use. The only way to find out what managers/staff/companies are REALLY like is to work there. But by that time, it's already too late!

Getting a new job is always a risk, my advice is just be ready to get out as soon as you realise the job is a bad fit, even if (or especially if) that happens in the first few weeks.
