Good article, I agree with you. Houses are not investments, they are necessary for life. Having shelter is not optional, we all need it, shelter should be available and reasonably-priced for everyone.

Anyone who makes profit off renting residential property is morally bankrupt. Go invest in stocks and stop being a vampire, these landlords are sucking the life and wealth out of society.

I cannot wait for governments to put tighter restrictions in place, it's coming.
