Glad to hear you're enjoying holidays as a single parent, it gives me hope for my own recent developments (2 months in!) being a single parent to my 6-year-old son. To be honest I've never felt more free and relaxed so I'm hoping holidays will be more of the same!

Is you ex-husband possibly Autistic? Some of his controlling behaviours sound like that might be the case.
