From hard-earned experience, autistic people and neurotypicals shouldn't mix romantically, it's just too wide a divide to cross for intimate relationships. At best it will be hard work to be successful (and who wants hard work in a relationship? Not many people for sure), at worst it will be a shitshow. There are rare cases of Autistic/NT relationships working well, but these are the exception.

You should be dating other autistic people, avoid the NT's - NT dating is hard enough for NT/NT, never mind Autistic/NT. I've heard of many very good relationships between autistic people, it just works well and is easy. Go with that.
